- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing in guest rooms and common areas
- Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, neat, and sanitized according to established standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities in guest rooms
- Respond to guest requests and queries promptly and courteously
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
