- Establishes and interacts with other hotels, clients, suppliers, government and other institutions, including event organizers and entertainment agencies in promoting the restaurant(s).
- Coordinates with the Sales & Marketing Department for promos and events and in the preparation of promotional materials such as posters, banners and flyers for the different outlets.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department
- Train, lead, and motivate team members to provide top-notch customer service
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
